Software for the things you keep.

Mai Software makes four iPhone apps, and each one is a careful record-keeper: the house and its upkeep, the cellar and the bar beside it, the giving you've promised yourself, and the golf bag and its gear.

Entry 01 · Maicasa

The home, finally under control.

Maicasa is a home manager for owners and landlords. It works out which jobs are worth doing first, builds the list from a scan of your property, plans the budget, and keeps track of what's inside.

Quotes, tradies, due dates and costs live in one record instead of a drawer of paper.

Entry 02 · MaiCellar

The cellar book — and the bar.

One app with two sides. The cellar side scans labels to catalogue your wine and keeps each bottle's story: vintage, value, and when it will drink best.

The bar side — MaiBar — looks at the spirits you actually own and shows the cocktails you can make tonight, with every measure scaled to the number of drinks.

Entry 03 · ProBono

Give one hour of what you earn.

ProBono asks a single thing: pledge the value of one working hour — each week, fortnight or month — to a cause you choose. It reminds you when the day arrives and keeps your record straight.

The money never passes through the app. You give directly to the charity, and that's by design.

Entry 04 · MaiCaddy

The golf bag, looked after.

MaiCaddy tracks the wear on your grips, gloves and wedge grooves from how much you actually play — rounds and range buckets both count — and speaks up only when a club genuinely needs a hand.

It keeps each club's record and value too, so the whole bag doubles as a ready-made insurance list.

A small studio, on purpose.

Mai Software is an independent studio in Australia. We build small, careful apps for iPhone and maintain them ourselves — the same people who write the code answer the support mail.

If something's broken, confusing, or you wish it existed, write to support@maisoftware.app.

RegattaHQ — race day, run properly.

Our first app for the browser rather than the iPhone. Regatta HQ is a modern regatta manager for rowing clubs and associations: entries, the programme, the lane draw, results and live results, all in one place.

Built on the web so it runs on the phone at the finish line and the laptop in the tower — nothing to install. The app will be hosted right here when it's ready.
